Discover the Salt River by Boat
Embark on a gentle escapade along the water! Departing from the Salines des Sables d'Olonne, the "Mireille" and "Jonathan" boats will take you on an 8km journey through the golden age of the salt marshes.
The tour continues with a meeting with a salt worker who will reveal the secrets of the "white gold", before continuing the adventure at the Parc d'Aventure du Sel for a fun way to discover the fascinating history of salt. In the heart of the salt marshes, the Parc d'Aventure du Sel des Salines in Les Sables d'Olonne offers a fun nature activity for all the family. Children can discover the secrets of "white gold", learn how to harvest salt and even get their "Petit Saunier" diploma. The 7-hectare walk offers a wealth of discoveries, including heritage, nature and encounters with the salt-maker.
With the Pass Avantages Pays de Saint Jean de Monts, take advantage of the trail at a reduced rate:
